Description:

L-Carnitine 300 Mg/ml Drops

Indications
- Child on a ketogenic diet for drug-resistant epilepsy – supports GI tolerance alongside the diet.
- Child on valproate or other anticonvulsants known to increase carnitine excretion / reduce synthesis.
- Severe acute malnutrition or failure to thrive with poor growth despite adequate intake.
- Restrictive diet (vegetarian/vegan) with low dietary carnitine intake.

Dose:
50 Mg/Kg/Day Under Medical Supervision.
